Return Policy

Refund and refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some cases where only a few refunds are granted:

  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault.
  • Any item is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.

Late or non-refundable money

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially announced.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before posting a refund.

Items for sale

Refunds are only allowed on regular priced products. Products for sale can not be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at piercingland.store@gmail.com and send your product to: Michail Ioannou 10, Thessaloniki 546 22.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you must mail your product to: Michail Ioannou 10, Thessaloniki 546 22.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product you exchanged to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
